Career Vision Associates (CVA) provides career counseling, coaching, branding and marketing to professionals.  Our methodology is tailored

to the individual using a blend of traditional, innovative and technological techniques and resources.   

 

 

Ilene H. Rudman, MPA, MA

 

Ilene H. Rudman's career portfolio includes private career coaching, career and transition counseling, work in the outplacement industry, and psychotherapy.  She has over 30 years of experience assisting thousands of professional men and women to enter and succeed in the workplace.

 

Ilene holds a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Lesley College; completed a 2 year post masters training program in Psychosynthesis from the Concord Institute; and received a Public Management Fellowship to attend Harvard's Kennedy School of Government for her Masters of Public Administration with a focus on career issues.

 

Previously, Ilene was for 6 years a career counselor at Radcliffe Career Services; ran her own pioneering business designing work-site child care centers and other quality of work life programs; was a women's rights advocate; and designed model employment programs at both the national and state levels.  Ilene has changed careers herself and from that experience has developed a deep understanding of the practical and emotional issues such changes involve.

 

Ilene's commitment as a coach and career counselor is to help individuals find meaningful work, uncover their purpose, and identify the opportunities by which they can contribute to the workplace, to their own growth and to society.  Whole Life Counseling is a business Ilene has owned and operated for over 20 years that is now expanded to offer additional services with career branding and marketing.

 

Currently Ilene is a Small Group Ministry facilitator at First Parish Stow and Acton and teaches at adult education centers.  She is also a published poet, fiber artist, photographer and passionate cook.

 

 

Music, poetry and the natural world inspire me and inform my work.
